We would like to announce the following changes to our support services:
1. Implementation of a new type of technical support – issue based support
2. Change to the price of support periods
Now along with support periods, technical support credits are available for CS-Cart users. This type of technical support is based on assessment of the complexity of a request by our support engineers. They assess the work required to resolve the issue and depending on such an assessment credits are used up from a user’s account.
The price of support periods is changed. Now it also depends on the number of licenses you have.
