CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.3.3 Released with Upgrade Center Improvements

The CS-Cart team is happy to announce another minor release of CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor.

CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.3.3 is a scheduled maintenance release. It fixes several minor issues discovered since 4.3.1 and improves the Upgrade Center:

  • a couple additional checks were added to make upgrading more stable;
  • if the translation for your store’s language is missing in an upgrade, English is now used as a fallback, so you won’t have missing texts after upgrading;

Upgrade

If you have an active upgrade subscription, you’ll get a notification about the new version in your admin panel within a week. Click on it and your store will be automatically updated to the newest version.

In 4.3.3, we had to temporarily exclude the Store Import add-on.
If you’re upgrading from CS-Cart 2 or 3, use the Store Import add-on to migrate to version 4.3.2, and then upgrade via the Upgrade Center.

    Dear Team

    The latest installation package (4.3.3) doesn’t seem to have config.local.php while the installation instructions asks for a chmod of that file prior to installation!

      Hello Amit,

      Please check the unzipped folder once again. The config.local.php file must be there because this file is very important for proper work of CS-Cart. Maybe you accidentally deleted it from the installation?

    Have you contacted our support team? If you haven’t, then provide them with a temporary access to your store. Our support team will help you fix this issue with the upgrade.

    Thank you for your comment.

    If the installation has been moved to another folder, there could be several issues. One of them is incorrect storefront URLs. Please check if your storefront URLs are correct:

    1. In your admin panel click your store’s name at the top left.
    2. Click Manage stores.
    3. Click your store’s name.
    4. Check if your storefront URL is correct in the Storefront URL field.

    Also, check if the .htaccess file was moved correctly with the installation.

    If the issue persists, please contact our support team. They will help you.
